Learn a new and fabulous way to use the Ken Oliver Color Bursts. Using stencils and the powdered watercolors, you will create a vibrant, beautiful tag! All supplies are included.
You may drop in anytime during the time frame that you sign-up for - you do not need to be present for the entire 2 hour time period - it's a make & take!
